te presumo para que el mundo sepa que eres mía.

First, this is not correct use of the verb presumir, meaning to boast, to show off.

A correct sentence would be Presumo de estar contigo para que el mundo sepa que eres mía.

Another use of presumir is to conjecture, to assume; to suppose:

Example: Presumo que es inocente ---> I suppose he´s innocent.

So, te presumo mía, which is rarely used (more often heard presumo que eres mía), would be I suppose you are mine.

y si lees con atención, mencioné que te presumo mía no es un buen uso del español. Se entiende, pero no responde la norma. - mediterrunio, Feb 3, 2011
