Te presumo can mean I suppose/I predict that you are very demanding
Te presumo muy exigente
What he talking about is that he's courting her. The words "te presumo" Have a Little different meaning and the Mexican culture then they do for say a Puerto Rican or other Spanish-speaking community he's kind of telling her the reason why he seeking a relationship to him she's a queen and he can't wait to tell the world that he's has this wonderful person in his life is my interpretation of the song
te presumo para que el mundo sepa que eres mía.
First, this is not correct use of the verb presumir, meaning to boast, to show off.
A correct sentence would be Presumo de estar contigo para que el mundo sepa que eres mía.
Another use of presumir is to conjecture, to assume; to suppose:
Example: Presumo que es inocente ---> I suppose he´s innocent.
So, te presumo mía, which is rarely used (more often heard presumo que eres mía), would be I suppose you are mine.
I heard another translation that means "I show off with you."
