Eres noqueado y brincas de vuelta is the literal translation, but with a little more context and being more accurate it woul be something like:
- Te mandan a la lona y regresas a la pelea.

Tiene sentidos literal y figurativo.
Para el sentido literal: alguien te ha echado a la tierra con golpe, y te has ponido de pie de nuevo.
Para el sentido figurativo: la vida te ha dado una situación muy mal, pero la has superado si solo por mantener una buena actitud mientras la problema.
Corríjanme el español.
