It looks like a verb form that would only used in Spain, but badly misspelled: mandadnos (=send us)

If you posted the full context of where you saw it rather than one word you would get a clear answer, as it is we can only hazard guesses with sound alikes i.e. could it be manzana which means apple or block of buildings.
