I agree with usarenzo, because "receso" can be used for everything.

I agree with Luis. For school, it's Recreo.

For TV commercials, it's Una pausa.

For a break in the work place. it's Hora de descanso.

In spanglish in the workplace, it's Hora de brequear. (Know thy enemy, and spanglish is it)
