Okay, are you sick in the head, sick to your stomach, sick and tired, or sick of it all?
Not good enough with prepositions to translate that question. Anyone?

You can say:
Estoy enfermo. ¿Puede/s ayudarme?
o
Estoy enfermo. ¿Me puede/s ayudar?
You would use the Ud form: puede for strangers, people older than yourself or people in authority.otherwise for children, younger people or people you know well use the familiar form: puedes
