ayudanos: this is the second person imperative form of the verb ayudar, in this case it means "help us". (nos being the direct object of the verb).

nos ayuda: in this case, "ayuda" the (3rd person/usted) present indicative form of "ayudar", so it means "s\he helps us" or "you(formal) help us".

in imperative form, the conjugated form of the verb is followed by the object.

hope that was of some help!. grin
