"Nohm-breh" is not a phonetic transcription. It is a sound in English that doesn't resemble Spanish. A phonetic transcription looks like this: /'nomb?e/, but as you can see, it looks like Spanish anyway, and that's because Spanish is a phonetic language! Words are pronounced as they are written, not like in English. There is only one way to read one word; once you know the rules, you can read and stress all words accurately.

Think of this: someone who is learning English asks you how to pronounce ten, twenty, thirty,... and a hundred. Now this person comes and ask you: "Can you give me the phonetic transcription for 110, 120, 130... too?" Will you give it to him? What about 1100, 1110, 1120, 1130,...? Will you give him these too for him to memorize every single number that can be possibly written? Well... that's the approach you are attempting in Spanish, where words are read like numbers: following rules!

Go to the reference section and read how to read ANY word in Spanish.

There is a little microphone on the translation site here that pronounces the word for you in Spanish.
