In Spanish, what would the equivalent of "Catch a cold" be. You cannot really 'catch' a cold, so what would a suitable equivalent be.

In México "me resfrié" would mean "I have caught a cold".

Of course you can. Pescar una gripe. Coger una gripe. Coger is not used in certain countries like México. Gripe is used as gripa or catarro in some countries.
