Saludos or Abrazos
OK, so following on from my earlier question on Saludos vs Un Saludo, I sometimes have a response Abrazos or Un Abrazo - A hug. These have been from informal chats etc from Male friends - If I were to sign off Un Abrazo to a female colleague would this be taken the wrong way ?
Sounds a silly question, but I don't want to offend anybody !

A lot of my high school friends from Caracas still sign off with - Abrazo. That's just the standard greeting in many places - un abrazo y beso - a hug and a kiss.
It's pretty informal. I would only use it with someone you know socially. Guys don't generally kiss other guys, but women do, and men and women do.
Welcome to the forum, by the way.
