In the sentence "do you see anybody?", which of these two are more correct?
¿Ve usted cualquiera? or ¿Ves a alguien? These were the 2 that came up in our translator search engine

Anybody or anyone will translate as cualquiera, alguien, nadie depending on the context. Have you tried using somebody or someone to see what the translator gives you?
