No pintas nada
So pinta is to appear or have the appearance of. Tengo pinta de pirata = I look like a pirate, so what does no pintas nada mean? You have no appearance? Gracias

"no pintas nada" - this isn't any of your business...nobody is paying any attention to you...you have no part in this...
In that respect, it does somewhat mean "you have no appearance", in that you are invisible in this particular situation.
En esta clase no pinto nada. I am a nobody in this class.

In Argentina, we say "no pintas nada" for example to someone that is not ready or prejudiced to go out with friends. It is difficult to explain. I hope you get the idea. Por ejemplo: No pintas nada para esta noche ó no pinta nada para la fiesta de mañana.
Pintar = to paint
In México you won´t hear "no pintas nada".
You will hear, in a very colloquial way "tienes pinta de ............" to mean: you look like a (something).
