"Disfruta de tu vida" or an idiomatic expression which refers not only to cherishing, but also to truly enjoying life is "goza tu vida"..."gozar la vida"
cherish your life: disfruta de tu vida, estima tu vida, valora tu vida......

A common way, altough not very accurate translation: "Cuídate" or "Cuídate mucho", wich means almost literally "Take care of yourself".
