I have had many translations of this i just really want to know the "proper" or at least the most commin way to say it.

"Disfruta de tu vida" or an idiomatic expression which refers not only to cherishing, but also to truly enjoying life is "goza tu vida"..."gozar la vida"

Cherish means to value highly; entonces, "va'lete mucho la vida" I had to use apostrophe for accent over the a

A common way, altough not very accurate translation: "Cuídate" or "Cuídate mucho", wich means almost literally "Take care of yourself".
