I am trying to figure out the grammar for this sentence. I know that "te quería la tía," means "Aunty loves you." But I do not understand how "con lo que" is used in the context of this sentence. What does the pronoun "lo" represent?

Con lo que...it's an idiomatic expression which means "And to think how much"..my aunt loved you.

lo is an impersonal pronoun and as Cabeza said it modifies to love.

con lo que te quería , lo means the, and this is a short expression of what would be "with the (amount of love) that girl had for you.. "

I guess the meaning of the whole discourse would be something about you betraying bad, or how strange, she used to love you so much! Got it?

cabeza 215.. lo is a spanish article, is not a short english word. spanish people hate english, they never use it.
