Saltado de Pollo
Acabo de almorzarme en un restaurante peruano llamado El Pollo Inka. Comí saltado de pollo. Lo recomiendo. Pollo, cebollas, pimientos, y papas, con arroz. Delicioso.
I just had lunch in a Peruvian restaurant called El Pollo Inka. I ate saltado de pollo. I recommend it. Chicken, onions, peppers and potatoes, with rice. Delicious.

Se ve sápido, Kevin. I'm still translating what you said, though.
haha
Since arriving in Venezuela, I've grown to appreciate those ingredients a lot more. The chicken seems to taste better here than in the States.
Also, that's the first time I've seen the verb "acabar." adds it to the list¨
I was intrigue by your photo and your recommendation... So I looked up a recipe...
If anyone is interested in cooking there, this looks to be a good one... Saltado de Pollo
Apparently, except in Peru and Venezuela, the word is "salteado", from the verb "saltear". Curiously, "saltar" doesn't seem to be used with the same meaning.
I'll definitely try that dish if I get the chance, though.
