I was going to say "zapato de deporte." Then, I looked it up in the dictionary, and I found a few things.

Playera zapatilla de deporte. This came up when I typed in "sneakers" and in the description it said "running shoe." However, when I typed the term in the translation bar, "sneaker shirt" came up. ha. So, I need help.
