Trouble understanding textbook directions, help!

If I understood correctly, you would need list those expressions that have to do with moving/going around in circles. Le dimos vueltas a nuestro primer apartamento (to me this means we went around our first apartment, perhaps in hopes of finding others in the area or pacing around to clear our thoughts).
