Hi! I'm writing a recipe in English, and I should mention placing the Cornflake Balls in these paper containers (in the picture) but I'm not sure what the right English term is. Thanks!

They are cupcake cases, liners, or papers.

I looked it up and in Argentina they say pirotines. See this link: link text
You could also say copas de papel parafinado.
