She is running to get in her ship, and she says "Voy en cabeza". seems to be a lot of hits on google for it, I'm going in the head? I'll take the lead? I wonder what it could mean? Yo me encargo? Gracias.

I think that you mean Voy a la cabeza, and yes, it means something like "I am on the lead", or I am in the head ( if that makes sense in English to describe someone who is winning in a contest or somethign like that).
