Spanish special characters in MS Office Excel 2007
Dear technical support,
I try to follow your Q&A about accented spanish letters, but the trick with 'ALT 0225' (for instance) does not work ! Everytime I hold ALT and press 0225, at the first 2 the Undo menu is activated and the spanish special character is not written in the corrsponding cell. Any idea ?

Install a Spanish keyboard. It is the fastest and most convenient method once you get used to it. I used to use the British keyboard all the time, and change it to Spanish when I wanted to type in Spanish... until I realised that I can type in English perfectly with the Spanish one (but not the other way round).
By any chance are you using the numbers above the letters on your keyboard? The ALT codes require using the number keypad on your keyboard (if it has one).
I was under the impression that Office Suite programs have their own key combinations (MS Word) for making Special Characters or Drop down menus.
