Dear Juanita, I do not know at this time what the word means, but let me help you please with your grammar. It would be better if your sentence read:

What does "pes" mean? It certainly isn't Pro evolution soccer. lol.

Then, it would be extremely helpful if you could put it in a sentence for context. It would be even more wonderful if you tried to write that sentence in both English and Spanish for the enlightenment of both native speakers who come to this site. I know that many people would love to help you, but you need to meet them halfway! Regards, N

Pes --- > Extrasensory perception (ESP)

Se llama percepción extrasensorial (PES) a la habilidad de adquirir información por medios diferentes a los sentidos conocidos: gusto, vista, tacto, olfato, oído, equilibriocepción y propiocepción. El término implica fuentes de información desconocidas por la ciencia. La percepción extrasensorial se denomina a veces sexto sentido (pues vendría tras los cinco primeros enumerados, que se consideran los cinco sentidos «clásicos»).

Could it be "pez"? It could sound like "pes". As Nancy said, context or a sentence would be helpful.

Welcome to the forum!

no, i don' think it's Pues. In spanish chats for pues stands ps.

for instance:

"Ps, ke tal?"
