"Aprobó el plan de estudios y las pruebas nacionales de conclusión."

He/She passed the syllabus and the national completion exams.

Hi dogwood, I think it's past form for the 3rd person singular. Becuase for the 1st person singular it's : apruebo ;) - culé, Jan 26, 2011
