Hello, I wrote a bio on myself for the Spanish Mixxer website. If anyone can be so kind to proofread what I've written about myself that will be greatly appreciated.

"Hola. Me llamo Mark. Me gustaría aprender como hablar español. Estoy un novicio. Vivo en California donde mucho personas hablan español. éste es por qué quiero aprender. Muchos personas siempre piensan estoy de hispánico pero no estoy. Hablo ingles fluido y me gustaría ayudar alguno personas quién quieren practicar ingles. Me gusta películas, bailando a salsa musica, y conociendo personas nueva."

Esto, eso (neuter demonstrative pronouns) are used if there is no specific noun serving as an antecedent as you would have with "Éste". They refers to abstract concepts rather than a specific noun.

The gerundio (bailando, conociendo) do not serve as nouns in Spanish as they do in English. In Spanish you must use the verb infinitive as a noun.
