Pienso mirar otra película antes de que me acueste. Ya te digo. "Ya te digo" es algo similar a "I'm just saying"? o estoy loco?

i can think of different interpretations, depending on what else is being said:
Eg:
This guy has had a long day, and just finished watching a late night movie to unwind before going to bed. But by the end he was mostly dozing off. Clearly, he can't stay awake another minute. So his buddy walks by and asks brightly: " 'Sup, dude! Watcha doing? Gonna stay up late?" To what he replies:
"Pienso mirar otra película antes de que me acueste. Ya te digo." In this case "ya te digo" could mean: "Yeah right!", or "N O T!!" (Oh, I'm just gonna watch another flick before going to bed - N O T!)
Optionally:
A buddy calls and asks: "Hey bud, what're you up to?" Can you do me a favor? I need to know the average yearly rainfall index for the Amazon Basin, do you happen to know?"

My interpretation too
I think what you´re trying to say to someone with "I'm just saying" is Sólo te digo que ......
Unless it uses some slang typical from the north of Spain, I'd say that there is something wrong about that sentence. Two things, to be precise. Who said that?
Wow, I'm wracking my brains, I don't see anything wrong with your phrase, and I vaguely recall 'bueno..... lo digo yo' but that could be more or less emphatic - I guess - depending on how you say it. It could be stronger. 
Por si acaso is how I would translate it... (closer to just in case in English). What do you think?
