No me vuelvas a llamar pesado.

No me vuelvas a llamar pesado.

I found out that pesado can also be used as slang meaning annoying or pest but what does vuelvas mean in this sentence. I know it comes from volver meaning to turn or look back but it does not make sense in the context of this sentence.

don´t call me a pest again

the correct sentence would be ¨¨ No vuelvas a llamarme pesado¨¨

(it´s not * volverse* )

volver a hacer algo--> to do something again

Well, a comma could make all the difference in the world.

No me vuelvas a llamar, pesado ---> Don't call me again, you pest.

No me vuelvas a llamar pesado ---> Don't call me a pest again!

This is purely a guess; could it mean "Don't keep pestering me"?
