Well I would say it means "to learn it" and not an imperative command as Ken suggests which would be "apréndela".
La gramática, apréndela - Grammar, learn it, (an instruction to do so)
La gramática, tienes que aprenderla - Grammar, you have to learn it, (if you want to be fluent in Spanish)

It means learn it and the it being something in the full text of the sentence that carries a femenine object pronoun for example. La gramática aprenderla. The grammar, learn it.
