Do you think "No me voy fácilmente" expresses this idea? I stole the thought from a similar thread I just saw. Gracias.

No me daré por vencido tan fácilmente is how I would express it.

Your sentence means "I am not leaving easily", and if some people are nasty, they could even read it in a sexual way.

"No voy a salir así" is probably what you want to say, if you refer to going to the street in a particular way (e.g. dressed with ugly clothes). That sentence of yours has more than one possible interpretation.
