I don't believe it's possible. Online, however, it's searchable (although unfortunately the searches are case-sensitive). Also, it's constantly growing.
There are many sites on the internet with this kind of information, and I've never seen one that can be downloaded. The phrasebook here is larger than any I've seen elsewhere, by the way.
