Go-Go Verbs
Can someone explain what these are to me
1 Answer
I think you are refering to what are sometimes called "yo-go" verbs (or just "go" verbs)- which are irregular verbs that in the first person singular present indicative end in "go".
Examples:
hacer - hago.
venir - vengo.
salir - salgo.
tener - tengo.
decir - digo.
poner - pongo.
valer - valgo.
Here is a link to our reference section to read more on this subject- verbs that are irregular in the yo form are discussed toward the end.
