" Te quedes lleno" is a phrase that has to be used with something else. It means: until you are satisfied, e.g. "come hasta que te quedes lleno."

Although in educated language, at least in México, referring to food, it is not used.

The proper way would be: "come hasta que te quedes satisfecho."

Exactly. "Lleno" in this case is what you would hear out in the country (provincia) or from "nacos" in the city - 005faa61, Jan 22, 2011

Could it be someone asking if there are any rooms left at a hotel?

Could it be someone asking if you have had enough to eat?

More context is needed.
