We do not say pork fillet; we say pork cutlet when ordering in a restaurant..

I have not heard pork fillet used here in Canada or anywhere I have traveled in the United States. Variety of pork cuts available Pictures, Images and Photos

I think pork chop in spanish is chuleta de cerdo.

When I buy pork chops, they always have a length of bone along one side, whereas a pork loinsteak has no bone (and is a much nicer piece of meat). I don't know if that applies universally though, Nila. (I'm in England)

There are a variety of cuts called pork steak or pork fillet--meat cuts and their names vary from country to country. Your picture shows one option. - lorenzo9, Jan 22, 2011

A pork fillet = un filete de cerdo

A beff fillet = un fillete de ternera

A steak = un filete de ternera

Thank you.

If it is beef, you just say steak or fillet. If it is ternera, you say veal. - lorenzo9, Jan 22, 2011
