What were you doing when......
Most of us has had events in our lives that we will never forget. We also remember exactly what we were doing at that moment. The specific event in my life was the Space Shuttle Challenger mishap. I had a job with NASA as an astronaut rescueman. We were all at the KSC runway watching the launch. I will never forget that day.

Me acuerdo hasta veinte años cuando la guerra comenzó en Iraq. Estaba á casa y mi esposa volvió de una clase. Ella lloraba porque supo que yo estaría llamado para servicio en las reservas militares. Una semana tarde, estuve activado y servia seis semanas en Bahrain hasta la termination de la guerra. Es dificile á creer que haya sido veinte años.
I remember 20 years ago the war began in Iraq. I was at home and my wife returned from a class. She was crying because she knew that I would be called for duty in the Reserves. One week later I was activated and served six weeks in Bahrain until the end of the war. It's hard to beleive that it's been twenty years. (I apologize for any mistakes with my Spanish, I'm still a beginner.)
May 18th 1980. I walked up a little hill behind my house and sat there all day watching the eruption of Mt. St. Helens. It was quite a show.
