Adding "ly" to a word

I have a question. To add a "ing" 2 a word you add "ondo" or something like that right? But how do you say "Ly" ex. slowly... the word despacio (sorry if its not spelled right) what would you add to it to say slowly??

Despacio is an adverb, so you would not be adding "ly" to it.
You could be turning adjectives into adverbs by adding "-mente" to them.
For example Completa -> completamente.
