Is "Estoy bueno" gramatically correct.

When one is questioned as to their well being is there the option of responding by replying, "Estoy bueno", instead of saying "Estoy bien"? Is the prior gramatically correct?

It's not correct, sorry. Correct translation is "estoy bien"... "estoy bueno" is like saying I'm hot, talking of a great body.

Nope, Estoy bien is fine, Estoy bueno means "I'm hot" 
.
