Why can't I upload a profile picture?

I keep trieing to upload a profile picture, but its still the blue background with white exclamation points....?

Hi Ben,
Maybe the pic you're trying to post is too large, some pics doesn't work because they are too large!
Or maybe you forgot to click on ''Update profile'' after uploading your pic.
