What are the differences between botella and frasco?
Are they the same? Both mean bottle? Or any differences?

I don't think it is a matter of size, but the size of the neck, which are longer than in "botellas" than "frascos", which don't even need one.
Frasco is a small bottle. A flask is good way to think of it. Like a perfume bottle or a little bottle of liquor that is really small like a shot sized. Botella is just a bottle like a beer bottle.
I'd translate "botella" as bottle or flask, and "frasco" as jar.
Actually, Kevin's point of view is also correct. I'm not entirely sure how to reconcile his concepts and mine, because thinking about it, I use the term "frasco" rather indistincly for small perfum bottles and larger canned food jars.... -
