Is this correct?

I agree = Estoy de acuerdo

You agree ( Singular)= Tú estás de acuerdo

He, she ,usted agree = él/ ella/ usted está de acuerdo

We agree = Nosotros estamos de acuerdo

You agree (Plural) = Vosotros estáis de acuerdo

They agree. = Ellos/ellas/ustedes están de acuerdo

I have heard this used often by advanced speakers, so I am pretty sure it is correct. A completely literal translation would be 'I am in agreement'; same thing, really.

I was thinking that too, but I looked and our dictionary translates it as "to agree"; not "to be in agreement". - 0074b507, Jan 19, 2011
but as you say...not much difference - 0074b507, Jan 19, 2011
estoy=I am de=in, here acuerdo=agreement. I am in agreement. I do not wish to be unpleasant or arrogant, but I don't trust the dictionary on this. - Leanahtan, Jan 19, 2011
Gustar, for example, is 'to like' on the first line. Not true! Should be 'to be pleasing' as it says later on. Potentially misleading. - Leanahtan, Jan 19, 2011
It 'translates' to 'I agree' but the conjugated verb is estar and acuerdo is the noun 'agreement' so it appears that it does literally mean 'I am in agreement/of accord'. They don't arf talk fancy these Spanish... - afowen, Jan 19, 2011

Ustedes is not They argee.

Ustedes están de acuerdo.= You (plural) agree. The same as vosotros.

But ustedes is formal, while vosotros is informal, right? - Leanahtan, Jan 19, 2011
Yes, although Vosotros is very rarely used in countries outside of Spain. You'll see "Ustedes" almost all the time as a plural second person. - RommpinCrab, Jan 19, 2011

In general, yes.

Ustedes is 2nd person, plural, formal, while vosotros is 2nd person, plural, informal.

The twist is that in Latin America the 2nd person, informal, plural (vosotros) is not used, So if you were speaking to a friend using tú and another friend joined him, you would use 2nd person, plural, formal, even though they are both friends. (In other words there is no informal way to talk to two people. You speak to them formally. (or, at least, you use the formal conjugations).
