It´s nice to meet you. Mucho gusto or Encantada (if you are a woman, encantado if you are a man)

It´s nice to meet you, too./ Same here! El gusto es mío or Igualmente

Do you speak English? ¿Habla Usted inglés? (formal) or ¿Hablas inglés? (informal)
