I saw this posted on Facebook. I know that it means The well know face of the Manko.Does anyone know what the Manko is? This symbol was posted under the phrase. A picture of a vulture.

"Manko" as spelled, is not a Spanish word. Now, if you want to get some possible slang meanings, including some unsavory ones, you should try looking it up on Google, or even urbandictionary.com.
"Manco", spelled with "c", means "amputee", usually of a hand or arm.
