It almost looks like it should be: "Well, it's part of the game. It will be part of how we get to know each other....it's your turn" (te toca, instead of te tinca)...but I'm not sure. - webdunce, Jan 19, 2011
Thank you so much! Tricky. Actually, it's not the first time I see this "te tinca" from the same source. Thanks again. - sobakka, Jan 19, 2011

The word is in the RAE:

tincar. (Del quechua t'inkay). 1. tr. NO Arg. y Bol. Golpear con la uña del dedo medio haciéndolo resbalar con violencia sobre la yema del pulgar. 2. tr. NO Arg. y Bol. En el juego de las canicas, impulsarlas con la uña del dedo pulgar. 3. tr. NO Arg. y Bol. Golpear una bola con otra. 4. tr. Bol. y Chile. intuir.

The best interpretation in this case should be something like: "you reckon?", "you think?", "how do you feel about it?"

A more common way to express the same idea in Spanish is: "¿te parece?"

"te tinca" means "does it appeal to you?". it is used often in informal spanish in Chile. For example you invite someone to do something, and then say "te tinca?" to ask if the idea appeals to him or her.
