Is the conjugation for emepzar wrong?
In reference to the reference section to the subjunctive verbs section http://www.spanishdict.com/answers/100057/present-subjunctive
In the example, it says empezar in the subjunctive is empece.....etc. Shouldn't it be empiece? It is missing the "i".

Did you read the comments at the bottom of the article that make that error known? They were just never corrected. (check the date of the comments)

Under the section "Spell-changes," 4 of the 6 conjugations for "empezar" are misspelled. In addition to the spell-change of "c" to "z", this verb is also an -AR stem-changer ("e to "ie"). - rockymtnange 27 de Abr, 2010
So, the correct conjugations for "empezar" are: empiece, empieces, empiece, empecemos, empecéis, empiecen. - rockymtnange 27 de Abr, 2010
Thanks for bringing it up again. I edited the changes.
