Como se dice "fried grits"

I am preparing a menu and I need the translation for breakfast grits and fried grits. the dictionary only shows grit like dirt. Thank you.

Polenta is very similar to grits. Both are cooked corn meal mush.

You may have to be creative with this one. I asked a friend about it and "grits" just doesn't seem to appear in the spanish lexicon as a food item. You may just have to use a bit of spanglish and call it "grits frito". Here come the gringos again!.
