Hi eunyeong welcome to the forum.

Because in Spanish you conjugate the verbs due to the subjects.

And when telling your name, you say something like "I'm called."

yo me llamo

tú te llamas

él/ella/usted se llama

nosotros nos llamamos

vosotros os llamáis

ellos/ellas/ustedes se llaman

Because in Spanish we don't say "What is your name?" and "My name is...", we say, "What do you call yourself?" and "I call myself...". Llamo/llama isn't the noun name, it's from the verb llamar, meaning to call.

Me llamo = I call myself
Se llama = you call yourself

Same reason in English you say "I am" but you don't say "you am" or "he am": the verb changes with the person.
