It means that the kid will drive them crazy..
It depends on the context.. could you say something else about that sentence ?

Well, I was responsible for my father's white hair,or so i am told. But "Verde" in this context is the color of anger or frustration.
"Ese niño nos va a sacar canas verdes"
So to express this in english (not so easy) it could be: "This kid is making us crazy with his misbehavior"
