Your phrase is correct,and would be easily and clearly understood. I however, would restructure it .

´´ Does the room have air conditioning?´´

It's often abbreviated to 'aircon', as you might abbreviate it to 'aire' in Spanish.

The abbreviated term in Japanes is "aircon" but I don't think I've heard that in English. "a/c", on the other hand, is quite common in English. - samdie, Jan 17, 2011

It's also abbreviated to "A/C", which we say as if it were "A C". Does the room have A C ?

I've also heard, "Is the room air-conditioned?"
