One has a pronoun "nos" and the other doesn't.

The first one is in the third person singular, and the second one in the first person plural.

The question is what do they have in common? Ah, yes! The same verb!

nos gusta = is pleasant to us

gustamos = we are pleasant

I won't try to bore you with the intricacies of this verb because, to be quite honest, I have trouble with it myself. Likewise, trouble with verbs which act in a similar way. But just to expand on Lazarus's answer in the hope it might throw a little more light on the operation of this verb,

nos gusta = is pleasant to us or we like it.

te gustamos = we are pleasant to you or you like us.

When translating between Spanish and English, "nos gusta X" means "we like X", while "gustamos" means "we stay crunchy in milk". One is used a lot more often than the other.
