At the petrol station the man asked...how much gas do you want?

Which is correct:

llene, por favor

lleno, por favor

llena, por favor ( I think this one..because its a polite command)

It is the correct because Llena is the usted form, if you said lleno por favor you would be saying I fill it please. ou could also say Llenarlo por favor, that is using the infinative + the direct object pronoun lo for el deposito de combustible the fuel tank.
