The dictionary isn't very helpful in this case but you may find this more enlightening Cepillarse

The short answer to your question is that the se on the end of the verb cepillar (to brush) makes the verb reflexive, meaning that it's something you or the person does to themselves.

It is conjugated like this: Conjugate cepillarse

Cepillar+me is the infinative of the verb with the personal pronoun added to it which indicates that it is the first person that is doing the teeth brushing it could be cepillarte which would then indicate second person cepillarse third person.
