products liability

This week I'm studying civil courts and civil law and have come accross two concepts which are proving quite challenging to translate:
- products liability ~ responsabilidad de productos doesn't sounds right to me and I'm struggling to come up with something more suitable)
- collections claims (collection of debts) ~ cobro de morosos - does this sound ok?
As always, any thought would be greatly welcomed.

"responsabilidad de fabricante" is one term for "product liability".
I don't now a term for "claims collections".
