Estar or ser for descriptions??
How would I say "I am funny" for example

hi dmvw... well i am funny would be yo soy divertido con el verbo ser.. but you can also say yo estoy feliz con el verbo estar....
the difference is that whit the verb estar....
means your are describing something in that exactly moment....estoy cansado por el partido de soccer , estoy aburrido no tengo nada que hacer , estoy triste mi perro se perdio.....
and whit ser you can describe a moment that have happened or its happenig since some date.... like....
el es feliz desde que tiene novia (he is happy since he got a girlfriend) yo)soy divertido en las fiestas (yo)its not nescesary to put it... soy inteligente por eso logre el maximo puntaje en el examen de historia ( im smart thats why i get the high score in the history exam

Soy comico if it is a part of your caracter. Estoy if it is a temporary condition as in a party.
