Flashcard Making Help! How do you type words with special puncuation on letters?

On flashcards, when you are typing the Spanish word, how do you add, "á é í ó ú ñ"? I know there is the translating button, but it does not come up with the word I need, just a synonymn that would be fine except my teacher expects you to know that word, not a word close to it. Please help!

Hi Valiente go tothis link and click on Vikingo's program. It is a very good program for adding these symbols to your keyboard with a simple touch of the windows key+
